Product Description:
OX-1 OX-3 Low Oxygen Content Gas Oxygen Sensor Oxygen Battery 0~1.0000%(10000PPM)0-25%
Features:
GE oxygen sensor application:
1. Purge the sampling system with a non-hazardous low-oxygen gas (e.g., high-purity nitrogen). In normal operation, the gas required to pass into the sensor test head is 500cc/min(1.0SCFH), and the pressure is atmospheric. Continue to pass the gas until installation of the sensor is complete.
2. Programming and calibration steps before installation. Then, adjust the 4-20mA analog output and set the measuring range of the measured oxygen to 0-25%O2.
3. Open the sealed box and take out the oxygen sensor. In order to maintain the energy of the oxygen sensor, remove the red patch immediately and proceed to the next step.
4. Adjust the sensor so that its gold electrode is aligned with the elastic contact pin on the base of the transmitter. Press the sensor firmly against the O2X1 transmitter with your hand.
5. Perform air calibration on the new sensor at this time. In the 0-25% oxygen range, proper sensor calibration will result in a 17.4mA current output from the transmitter's 4-20mA analog output.
6. Encapsulate the calibrated sensor in the test head of the transmitter with a knurled nut, adjust the position of the transmitter, and tighten the knurled nut by hand.
7. The analog output reading should begin to drop, reaching a lower oxygen content at equilibrium. At this point, reset the required range.
8. Power the O2X1. After the O2X1 is initialized for about 15 seconds, three LED indicators light up simultaneously for a short time. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of PPM sensors, range gas calibration can now be performed.
